Our Mission Our mission is to provide tension free travel experience to everyone so they can get the most out of their spendings. We are working on Eco-Tourism as well, we are leveling up the standard of the Hospitality Industry. We will be launching many hospitality solutions for Tourists.       2. Searching & Booking on TravelOBug TravelOBug focuses on quality of service, searching for places to stay is free of cost but bypassing the platform for booking is not allowed & we do not ensure any guarantee of hosts or quality of staying. Booking on TravelOBug is a guarantee that the host is required to provide quality stay to travelers. If we find any complaint about the host, cleanliness, or service we can investigate & ban the host on the platform.       3. Cancellation & Refund If you have confirmed booking & want to cancel for any reason, you can request a refund 30 hours before check-in with a 50% cut of your total booking amount. If there’s less time pending in check-in (for example 22 hours are pending then you cannot request a refund). Refund amount will be transferred to your given Bank Details or Payment Methods. When you accept a booking request, or receive a booking confirmation through the TravelOBug Platform, you are into a contract directly with the Guest, and you are responsible for delivering your Host Service under the terms and at the price specified in your Listing. You are also agreeing to pay applicable fees like TravelOBug service fee for each booking. TravelOBug Payments will deduct amounts you owe from your payout unless we and you agree to a different method. If the host cancels the booking then the host is responsible for paying 30% of the total amount of booking & guest will get the full refund amount.       4. Hosting on TravelOBug Hosting on TravelOBug is available for everyone. Anyone can join the host program free of cost and list Hotel, Guest House or Activity. As a host you are required to take training about hosting on TravelOBug. Deal with soft behavior & positive attitude is mandatory with every customer who is coming to your place through TravelOBug Booking Receipt.         5. Managing Listings Every host is required to provide full information about property and detailed description with proper pictures of room or activities. You can create multiple listings on TravelOBug. Every Room listing should be separated. All the listings request will be reviewed for quality assurance if we found unjustify pricing or incomplete information we can decline your submission of listing.         6. Service Fee Most hospitality service fees are under 13% of the booking for Guest or Traveler, subtotal nightly rate or additional guest fee, if applicable excluding TravelOBug fees and taxes. This fee varies based on a variety of factors and clearly shown during checkout before you book. Every host is required to pay service fees from their payouts. It’s typically 20% for every type of host, Super Strict cancellation policy may pay more. This fee is mandatory for hotels, guest houses, and activities hosts.     7. Reviews TravelOBug offers a review system for guests so they can share their experience of stay with upcoming travelers, such as the stay or service. In some property types hosts can also leave reviews for guests; it helps everyone to make a better travel community. Every host is required to provide the best service for a good review.     8. Fair use of Account You cannot use a TravelOBug account for abusing anyone or for personal fun. This platform is only for those who are serving the hospitality industry or using services related to Tourism.   9. Cookies We employ the use of cookies. By using TravelOBug's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with TravelOBug's privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.   10. Personal Information Certain visitors to TravelOBug's websites choose to interact with TravelOBug in ways that require TravelOBug to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that TravelOBug gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors to provide their phone number, email & payment details for Booking, Name, Address, or Basic information about the person for creating a profile on https://travelobug.pk/ to provide a username and email address.       11. Identity Verification & Payment Information Hosts are required to provide Identity Card information for the sake of getting Trust Badge from platform & bank details for their payouts. Providing a personal identity card is not mandatory for guests but hosts can ask for identity card information as per government law on the time of arrival of guests.           12. Hyperlinking to our Content The following organizations may link to our Web site without prior written approval: Government agencies; Search engines; News organizations; Online directory distributors when they list us in the directory may link to our Web site in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Web sites of other listed businesses; and Systemwide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Website.
